Before I started my career in the sales and marketing, I was playing rugby, whilst also attending university. What got me started was the need for change.

I stumbled upon a job at a sales firm, although sales wasn’t the job of my dreams I appreciated the value this type of career could give me; not only was I given the opportunity to wear a new suit but also for someone to invest time in me so I could grow and develop my potential. Having a desire to win can set you up for success anywhere.

The thing I am most grateful for is being given the tools such as one of our core principles. Which is to never value money over people. Which led me on to achieving my own individual goals. I am proud of the change I have gone through and the skills I have developed. Which will allow me and my team to achieve great things.

I have learnt to care more about my team than I do about myself. Also attacking a negative there and then instead of waiting for it. It is important to keep standards with our team by setting the standard myself.
