Job Summary:

The NSPIRE Global Management programme is an all-inclusive, 360 degree training programme teaching the fundamentals of leadership and management from a ground level position. Job duties:

• Knowing the importance and being proficient at customer acquisition in order to teach and train others.
• Understand how a recruitment pipeline is formed and maintained to establish exponential growth.
• Plan daily workshops and training sessions to become comfortable coaching people in all sectors of the business to a high standard.
• Host public speaking sessions to build confidence and demonstrate an ability to pass on information effectively.
• Grow an international network of business owners that will provide support and guidance throughout the training programme.
• Learn how to liaise with clients, understand our obligations to them and what it takes to run a successful campaign on their behalf.
• Use company reports to identify trends, analyse sales results and work with management to develop and implement changes throughout the company.

Candidate requirements:

• High School Qualifications required, a degree is preferable but not essential.
• Be coachable and open to learning new skills.
• Eager to take on responsibility.
• Confident in social situations and can learn to communicate effectively with other industry professionals.
