Job Summary:
We are in need of sales advisor who can represent our clients professionally while also being able to explain and demonstrate their products directly and effectively. This role will need responsible individuals who can learn an extensive amount of product knowledge and have the ability to communicate this to customers with a positive attitude.
Sales Advisor need to be those who thrive in team environments, so they can create a positive environment for customers and each other.
Job duties:
- Assist customers in understanding products and services available.
- Handle customer queries and provide troubleshooting
- Control event inventory
- Participate in sales to hit client targets.
- Interact with co-workers and customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Candidate requirements:
- High School Qualifications required.
- Customer Service experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written. (Bilinguals welcome too).
- Can communicate confidently with co-workers and customers to explain products and resolve issues.
- Can thrive in team and individual work settings.
