Job Summary:

We are in need of Customer Service team members who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service. If you are self-motivated, have great communication skills and a desire to achieve then this may be the role for you.

Job duties:
  • Responding to Customer Queries about the product or services of our clients.
  • Have multiple conversations with different customers.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and handling them with care.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs.
Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great listening skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good problem solver
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Be able to demonstrate patience and empathy
  • Excellent customer serivce skills, incorporating a confident and pleasant manner.
